This project transformed a covered porch into a fully finished locker room connected directly to the living room. A two-sided fireplace ties the two spaces together while remaining functional from both sides. The custom lockers were built in-house at McKee Millworks and feature overhead storage, integrated outlets, and open space below for boots and shoes. To complete the conversion, the existing concrete floor was refinished and sealed, creating a durable, finished surface built to handle everyday use.
