This Stillwater, Oklahoma, basement was a complete water loss. Flooding and mold had compromised the space. We handled full mold and water mitigation, demolished down to the studs, reframed, and rebuilt from scratch. The result is a clean, modern finished basement completed in 2025.

The bathroom features custom color selections that add character without sacrificing the overall modern feel. A custom-built vanity and built-in cabinet storage were made by McKee Millworks, maximizing the space with a tailored fit. The original wood-burning fireplace was replaced with a stone-clad electric fireplace, adding texture and a natural focal point to the finished space.
